If you did not create an online account, are trying to use a different email address or purchased through Instagram/Facebook you may have issues with this process. In this case, please email us at online@threadandseed.com or call us during business hours M-F 10am to 5pm PST 619-980-9278.

We offer returns for online orders within 30 days from when the item was received. All returns must meet the following requirements.

- Mailed back within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

*customer responsible for shipping fees unless it is a manufacturer's defect or we were late on delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Lingerie, Clean Beauty, Stationary, Sale or Discounted Items, Shoes, Special Order Items, Used or Worn Merchandise, Items with No tags Attached, Items Purchased In-store.

Yes, please have the email we sent you when your order was placed that includes your order number. You may receive a refund to your original method of payment or make an in-store exchange.

We offer exchanges within 14 days from when the items were originally purchased. If the item is still in stock and on the floor, we may extend the number of days up to 30. Exchanges can be made for store credit or you may swap out the item with something else we carry. Tags must be attached and all products unworn and in sellable condition. Please provide a receipt upon returning. This can be a physical copy or sent via email.

We want to give our customers the ultimate experience both online and in-store. We understand that it is difficult to shop online without being able to touch, feel and try on products which is why we offer refunds. If you are in a hurry and unable to try on in the shop, we suggest you use our in store pick up feature which allows you to utilize the online return policy. We are a small business and have limited stock so typically our products sell out quickly which is why we urge you to be prompt with any exchanges. Thank you for shopping small!
